This lesson covered passive and active voice, and phrasal and modal verbs. Because of this lesson, I now have a working knowledge of some important distinctions in English grammar and syntax. My awareness of these distinctions will enable me to teach students more about English than I would have been able to otherwise. The charts in this lesson may also serve as a useful resource to me in the future when it becomes necessary for me to explain these concepts.
