This unit discussed methods and theories related to classroom management. In particular, the lesson explained different ways to organize class seating arrangements and their respective pros and cons, how to encourage student participation and increase student talk time, and how to maintain order in the class. From this lesson, I learned how to manage a class based on the age, size, and makeup of the group in general.
