This lesson covered the topic of the dynamics between students and teachers during a lesson. It covered a variety of teacher approaches and how those approaches can influence the attitudes of learners. It also provided information regarding the different motivators and neuroses that can influence a learner in how they approach their material. I feel that this lesson has provided me with a good basic filter through which I can shape lessons. It has taught me to vary my lessons to maximize the motivation of my students, and it has warned me of the cultural differences that might influence the ways in which most of my students feel comfortable learning.
