Classroom management is the part of teaching that I am most nervous about since I have only taught in one on one or small group situations. Ideas like waiting until the end of a question to call on a student is not something I have thought about previously. If I am placed with high school students in Korea, I am worried that they will be very tired from studying so much, and therefore I will have trouble motivating them to engage in the lesson. If this is the case, mixing up the types of activities, group work, and classroom seating will all be ways to combat disengagement.
