This unit emphasizes the importance of receptive skills a teacher should incorporate into a lesson - with its' main focus on reading and listening. These two skills will prove to be important when teaching students new vocabulary, and incorporating the vocabulary into new, entertaining reading material, which can then be carried on into the study and activate phases, involving better understanding and class participation.
