Indeed, the relationship between teachers and learners is inherently counted to be complementary. Teachers influence the learning process of learners and the latter affect the teaching style of teachers. As for me, I have learnt that teachers’ roles, qualities and responsibilities considerably vary depending on the relevant activities being conducted during the lesson. Additionally, teachers could be assessors, facilitators, tutors, managers, participants, to name but a few. However, refined teachers are knowlegeble about displaying the previously mentiond roles in terms of selecting the apt role or its suitable situation during the course. More interestingly,successful teaching is ultimately based on increasing the level of learners’ motivation, concentration and comfort throughout the lesson. In doing so, teachers are compelled to diversify the kinds of activities that comply with learners’ language level, age, culture and the like. In this respect, it is compulsory for teachers to be friendly, patient, understanding and energetic in order to make learning for learners’ effective and user-friendly process. In short, holding a polished awareness regarding the different types of teachers’ roles and responsibilities towards learners makes the process of learning easier and quicker.
