This lesson taught the International Phonetic Alphabet and focused on techniques for teaching pronunciation, including stress, intonation, vowels, consonants, and so on. In addition, the lesson explained how to identify and categorize the sounds of English into phonetic classifications. Also, the lesson provided some techniques for clearly teaching these sounds to non-native students. I learned IPA in this lesson, and also learned how to analyze and teach English pronunciation.
