This unit is rather spellbinding if it's your desire to excell at teaching English as a foreign language. I have learnt the different techniques to employ in the classroom specifically the ESA technique. Most importantly I have learnt that the technique used in the classroom should be aligned to certain factors such as: culture, age and language level. What I particularly like about this technique is that it utilises a step by step approach to learning. The engage phase is very important as it is this phase that determines how well the other phases (study and activate) are absorbed.
