In this unit, it shows how to properly teach the receptive skills. It also shows the importance of teaching those skills unto learners since it is one of the basic thing that learners need to know. After reading the content of the unit, i was able to understand the idea of teaching receptive skills. With the help as well of the teaching and activity examples, i got a clear understanding as to how to create a better lesson plan related to this unit. It also made me realized that teaching reading and listening skills to learners is one of the main objective that we need to successfully achieve since this will result as well to fluency in the other areas of English Language.
