This unit listed a number of helpful tools to teach English in classrooms. The classic classroom board provides a simple way for all students to understand grammar and vocabulary. Interestingly, I learned that it is better to not write in all capital letters, as that often confuses the students. Interactive whiteboards provide advanced technology to the classroom lesson, but be prepared to use other mediums if it does not work properly. Overhead projectors provide a lesson visible throughout the classroom and helps the teacher not turn their back to the students often, and visual aids help provide authentic English materials to supplement class lessons.
