This unit mainly focused on the use of the Authentic vs. Created Materials. It explains how to use those teaching materials effectively. It also presents the disadvantages of both teaching materials in order for the teacher to think wisely if which should fit on his/her lesson. After reading this unit, i was able to understand the main focus of the unit which is to give idea to me regarding with the use of those materials and what are its limitations. I was able as well to know that there are lots of things to consider before using an instructional material. Because of this unit, i will be able to effectively use and select a proper teaching material that would fit on the level of the learners and also will help me to be an effective teacher. This unit will definitely help me with my teaching lessons in the future.
