The teachers and learners unit was easy enough to digest and also a great introduction to how the course is modeled. There are a range of levels to teach and each one has pro's and con's. Most importantly each level has a different learning style. Teachers need to understand their own teaching methods to choose the level they can be most effective. Teachers must be flexible enough to manage unforeseen challenges, but rigid enough to know how to make good decisions.
