The problems that can occur during a lesson are different. We could be in the situation of managing different levels of knowledge of the language and in this case we should have the ability to not boring the people who know more and not making feel inadequate those who know less. In my opinion, it's very important to know what the interests of the students are. Find something that can be interesting to everyone can help the students to help each other and learn with interest. The relationship within the class is therefore very important, as the relationship created with the teacher... The first lessons period should take this aspect very seriously. Once the group is created it becomes much easier to be able to learn. To create the group also means respecting people individually and therefore respecting those who are shy or are more in difficulty. Personally, when I saw students with more difficulty or shy, I involved them more, with respect and exalting their successes. After, I saw, they were much more confident and they used to speak more because the environment was much more sicure for them :-)
