It is also important to stimulate the participation and attention of the students as their good relationship. There are several activities that help in this, such as the Pairwork or the Groupwork. It is essential to maintain good behaviour, both by the teacher who must adopt respect such as not to point at a student, but also by students. In my opinion, the teacher must first of all obtain the respect by adopting a polite behaviour and then, if there is a problem from a student or in the classroom, to adopt the solutions always in a firm and polite manner for not loosing the trust, fundamental element for the success of the relationship.
