A highly useful unit in helping me to understand the importance of classroom management and how to accomplish it successfully. Some I have worked in schools for the past 16 years I have been able to see a lot if not all of the suggestions at work. I have used these skills myself when covering a lesson or when teaching small groups of children. This unit has been a good reminder of the things which work and don't work but also the importance of good classroom management in order to teach effectively.
