In this unit, i learned the effective ways of classroom management and the things to consider when teaching learners. I was able to learn that i need to consider the class size and how the teacher's personality and physical attributes affects the learning environment. I also realized that teaching is more effective if you will be able to manage your class and you will be able to address the needs of learners. Overall, this unit made me realized that teaching requires as well the ability to handle the classroom activities and making sure that every learners has the opportunity to learn using appropriate teaching techniques suitable to their level.
