The contrast between a good lesson and a not so successful lesson. A teachers behaviour and attitude can influence participation and confidence within students. Students require positive reinforcement to generate confidence to want to participate, negative attitudes can deter students from willingly learning or alienate emotionally. A class is only as good as a teachers ability to be flexible with students, encouraging elicitation and individual assessment of skill and pronunciation with inconsistent individual drilling.
