I feel like I have learned how to construct useful lessons for my future students. I think I still have a ways to go before I am completely prepared to create a lesson that will be beneficial to my students, but this is a great foundation to begin working with. It has given me insight into the lesson types that are better suited for teaching certain things (it is obviously not concrete though), and also how to make a lesson plan that is going to be helpful to them. I think the best thing within this whole lesson is the task sheet. It gave me the opportunity to play around with different forms, and become comfortable with how they work. I think it is giving me a creative edge that I was worried about not having when I first began this program.
