Ihave learnt plenty important things from this unit: how to behave on the lessons, how to work with groups and individuals, how to arrange classroom depending on several factors, when it is appropriate to talk by yourself and when it is time for student to talk. The most useful part for me was actually how to establish rapport with students. Building rapport is hard work and being just a teacher is not giving you all students' respect. So it's really imporatant to pay attention to degree of the class.
