This unit provides samples where we can be a fly on the wall during two lessons. We watched the first lesson where the instructor was basically a train wreck and the students were looking around like 'oh my goodness you are a train wreck' and they weren't really engaged and they may have been offended, which is understandable because the instructor was acting like a douche. In the second lesson the instructor was more presentable except the shoes off thing and was helping to shape an environment and experience that is better for learning.
