I understood the roles of a teacher and what i need to do to be more effective in class, also the different levels of student. Also got to understand the reason of seeking to study english language which includes going to an english speaking country, improve grades at school, future purpose etc. Lastly we've got the adult learners and teenagers, they need motivation to be better, encouragement because they are nervous.
