This unit largely discussed the building of a student-teacher relationship. In this unit, the importance of rapport, discipline, and student-student relationships were also discussed. This unit opened my eyes to different disciplinary and rapport establishing techniques that I had not previously been exposed to. I now feel that I can manage my classroom with confidence using the techniques provided in this lesson and my own skills that I had before entering.
