Unit 15 is on the conditionals and reported speech.
There are five different conditionals: Zero, First, Second, Third and Mixed. Zero is a simple fact, for example if you put water in the freezer, it freezes.
First is used like a consequence or result. If you don´t call, I will be sad.
Second is for an unlikely event. If I were you, I would change my shirt. (Unlikely because I can´t be a different person)
Third is used for a hypothetical situation. If I had been to NYC, I would have seen the Empire State building. (but I didn´t go).
Mixed is a mix of third and second conditional. If I had done my homework, I would be better off now.
The second topic is reported speech. I think the most important thing here is to remember to put the tenses of the direct speech in a past tense for the reported speech. Also, all the continuous tenses stay continuous and past perfect stays the same. Pronouns need to be adapted as well.
