Unit 3 focuses on theories, methods, and techniques in teaching the English language. The most discussed topic would be the ESA method and each stage was provided with different types of activities. The Engage stage has a handful of activities namely fizz buzz, alphabet relay, sevens, I spy, My marvellous machine, work linking, consequences, etc. For the Study stage, teachers could use tongue twisters, hangman, word search, matching type, and gap fill. And for the Activate stage, activities such as role-playing, surveys, debate, discussion, and story building could be utilized. At the end of the unit, it tells us the importance of feedback, the difference between mistakes and errors, and the different stages of correction.
