The important thing to remember about Present tenses is that it depicts the actions happening today or at the moment. There are clues to easily construct a present form of sentences such as adding "ing" to a verb. You could also use the words "at the moment or right now" to emphasize that the action is happening at present time but be careful with the verbs to be used. Lastly, present tenses are also used to imply that an action has been done before or may/may not continue in the future.
