I learned that classes fall into two categories: new groups and existing grouos. I learned that the first lesson should be geared towarda establishing a rapport with each student and class. I learned that when the more advanced students have completed their work, it is often times allowable to give extra work to keep them learning. Pair group work for large classes is one option to maximize student involvement.
