Talking is so easy because you don't know why you say things a certain way and what they are called and how and when to use them. Now explaining this to a second language speaker is going to be challenging and once able to fully explain it, it will be rewarding. I have learnt a lot in the usage of the present tense, what circumstances a particular tense or point is used, I have never paid attention to this but I now know that in a present continuous I talk about an action that is in progress at that time of speaking or temporary action that is not necessary in progress at the time of speaking. I feel I need to go back to these grammatical constructions or rules to gain full confidence of explaining these. Some second language speakers are able to recite the rules so well but lack fluency so I will make sure we do a lot of practice if I were to do a task about this tense.
