The content in this unit explains the different ways one can be effective with classroom management. I have learned that it is important to present yourself in a clear manner in order to establish classroom management as soon as possible. I have also learned that it is important to recognize the balance of communication between the students so that each student may receive the same opportunities to speak in class.
