This unit is a good example of what a class should look and not look like. The first video the teacher is rude, does not introduce himself or ask the student's names. He does not explain the content and students are very confused and unsure of what to do during the activities. The second lesson the teacher's attitude is completely different. He calls students by name, smile often and gives clear instructions before the activities. For that reason students feel more comfortable and willing to participate in class activities.
