Unit 1 Reflection:
A good teacher should be kind, patient, entertaining, motivating, and love teaching. They should also be fair, have a great knowledge of the subject they are teaching, and not only be motivated themselves, but pass that motivation on to their students. The teachers has to ensure that lessons are enjoyable, interesting, varied, and useful in order to maintain or build that motivation.
Learners will come on all different levels so it is important to be able to decipher who is a beginner and who is intermediate or advanced level.
Always treat your students with respect.
