Setting up a classroom to be an effective teacher/leader. From class seating arrangements, giving instructions, teacher talk time vs. student talk time, plus how a teacher should work around a classroom to be effective for both discipline and guidance of lessons. I can remember in High school and even College teachers who would just stand in front of class and drone on and on. Yet I also remember with a greater sense of contentment those that choose to be engaging and allowed for classroom participation to make a lesson more enjoyable and even fun. As a teacher of sorts myself, I must always remember to keep it engaging and fun for all of my students. Teachers don't always need to talk (TTT) most times it seems to be effective a teacher just has to get students to engage themselves and each other, in groups or pairs, to learn or practice a lesson.
