This unit provided me several insights on how to become an effective teacher in a class with different language level. I have learned that different levels of language ability calls for different teaching approach that suits them.It is really pointless to give an advance level class with a very basic lesson/ activity which is too easy for them since they might loose interest for lack of challenge. On the other hand, it is also senseless to give a higher activity to students who could hardly comprehend thus making them unable to complete what is expected. The different roles of the teacher also provided me guidance on how to manage the class, and interact with the students.
