This unit introduced the concept of conditionals and direct and reported speech. For the different conditionals the unit presented information on the form and usage of each one. The section on reported and direct speech discussed the differences between the two, as well as the modifications that must be made to the verbs and pronouns when reporting direct speech. I think that from this unit what I learned the most was about how to explain the modifications that must be made when producing reported speech.
