This unit was used to express the importance of a Lesson Plan and the ways to use it and what it could be used for. I have a better understanding of how the lesson plans should work and how they should be treated in helping me in my teaching with a class. It is great for getting a goal set and what you are attempting to achieve with the class, but should not be strict and/or scripted. Allow for the flexibility for your teaching as not every class will work well with the lesson or they may do well and enjoy the lesson that you are working with and it will require more time as you want the students to remain engaged with the class and learn from the lesson.
