This unit was quite informative and explained in detail the differences between receptive skills such as reading and listening and productive skills such as speaking and writing. While there are similar ESA methodologies that can be used for either set of skills; writting has pemanship, spelling and punctuation as three additional sets of skills which must be addressed through deliberate lesson planning. All in all a very good unit.
