The attitude that the teacher carries throughout the lesson really effects the enviornment of the class. The students will feel more confident in participating if the teacher shows a friendly manner rather than a stern attitude. It is also important for the teacher to be prepared for the lesson. That includes; being aware of the amount of students they will be teaching and their level of communication, its also helpful to go over the lesson on your own to be sure that every minute of the lesson will be effective. Getting to know all the names of the students in each class helps build rapport making the students feel comfortable. A smile and positive attitude also goes a long way.
