I was for some time an IATEFL BESIG member because most of my students were business people, most of our lessons were one-to-one and I was running out of ideas and my self-confidence as a teacher because it seemed to me I was not doing a good job. From my point of view, my lessons were boring -too much business involved and we pushed very hard for results, which were requested by the HR. As soon as I learned how to relax - not feeling under pressure from the HR, our lessons changed. I also gather ideas on BESIG conferences and my students and I started really enjoying our lessons. At that time I discovered CLIL. As I have never taught YL, it would certainly be a challenge for me.
