This very short lesson about troubleshooting, problems that may arise in class; what to do when you have strong ones and weak ones in the same group. A good suggestion was to use a strong ones with weak ones in a pair activity, strong ones are usually eager to help. I liked the suggestion to name group leaders in the case of very large groups. The use of native language should be used as an ultimate resort. Also there are activities that are excellent for student that don't want to participate; pair work , role plays which make it easier for the students to express themselves. The section listening texts explained that they are necessary if we want the students to develop his or her capacity to understand normal talking. Finally I agree with the idea that when most are finished an exercise it's time to end it.
