This unit was about lesson planning. The importance of planning lessons were discussed, as well as things that are useful to include in a lesson plan. I also learned how to go about planning a lesson and found the example lesson plan sheet to be a very helpful guide that made that particular structure of lesson planning feel a lot more clear. The lesson stressed all the benefits of planning ones lesson, including to be more prepared and to be able to keep track of all class lessons. I also learned that it's important to always be flexible when teaching the class, and knowing that there's no need for rigidity, but rather that it is important to be able to adapt to how the class is doing and reacting with the lesson.
