Teachers and learners are inversely related, therefore they dependent on each other. In unit 1 we studied about teachers and learners, teachers are pivotal when it comes to impacting knowledge to the learners, a teacher must be kind and patient, must loves teaching, must have adequate knowledge on the subject,must be lively and entertaining etc.. which will go a long way to help the learners attain knowledge and understanding of the subject. A teacher has the following roles to play, managing and controlling, organizing, assessing,prompting, participating,tutoring,modeling of learners in a classroom.On the other hand learners are equally important when teaching is concern, a learner should have the willingness to listen to the language, desires to learn, accept error corrections, willingness to ask questions and so forth. There are many factors we must consider as learners are concerned this includes, age, culture,language level and motivation for learning.
In conclusion both teachers and learners of English should notified all the point stated in order to achieve the predetermined goal.
