In this unit is spoken about not only the qualities of a good teacher and but also a good learner, such as: a good teacher should be patient, kind, able to motivate the learners, etc, and a good learner should have a willingness to learn the language, to listen to the language, and to ask some questions. There are also reflected about the roles of a teacher who should be able to be a manager or a controller, an organizer, an assessor, and so on.
So, we can say that the relationship between the students and learners is very important, and both of them (teachers and learners) should understand his/her particular role during the teaching or learning process.
