The unit covers different aspects of classroom management such as classroom arrangement, eye contact and voice usage, establishing rapport with students and classroom discipline. I learnt the difference between the positives and negatives of each disciplinary. I feel i have gained an understanding of how to implement the positive ways to discipline the classroom to maintain a comfortable environment.
