this unit covers some issues and provides helpful solutions. The first class section mentions that the teacher should not use the text right off the bat. It is also mentioned that a warm-up is needed even if the students already know each other. the use of native language in class is addressed and the reasons are mentioned, one of which is that the student simply is unsure of directions.
