After watching both of these videos it was very clear to see which lesson was appropriate and which lesson was not. The first video started off with the professor showing up late, having nothing prepared for the students, and just jumping directly into a lesson. It was clear to see that the students where confused and intimidated, this set the mood for the entire rest of the lesson. Whereas in the second video the professor was fully prepared, he introduced himself, and than went around the room learning the students names before starting any short of lesson. This allowed for a more comfortable and causal feel to the room, thus making the students far less intimidated.
