This unit covers potential problem situations that a teacher may face in their classroom. It then explains strategies on how to tackle the first lesson for a class and to consider if its a new group or a existing group and then how to establish rapport with the class. It explains how a teacher should face each of these problems and what they should keep in mind when doing so.
