In this unit I learned about managing a classroom. I learned a lot from the classroom arrangement section. In my past experiences as a student, I mainly sat in classrooms that were organized in orderly rows. As a child, I was shy and would always sit in the back and probably missed out on a lot of opportunities to build rapport with teachers and classmates. I plan to use the horseshoe arrangement if I have a small class because I agree with the material in this unit in the sense that I believe it will make all students feel more included.
