I found this Unit interesting and informative in several ways. Having taught peers in businesses, it required some in office training but mostly in the field or on the job. During the several years of volunteer work in Elementary school, it was the classroom setting, already arranged by the presiding teacher. Having Coached for over 8 years, in 3 sports, it was the "gather round in a circle method", as a group on the "diamond" or basketball court, with individual attention paid to each player as needed, ending with the group arrangement at the conclusion of practice or a game. This Unit has shown me how many types of group/classroom arrangements can be made and why, for the benefit of all. Additionally, it's always best to learn how to discipline as this is necessary to have continuity in whatever is being taught. Learning how to carry this out without offending or being harsh, but making a point, is best learned from those with that knowledge and experience, as described in this Unit.
