In this unit I have learnt that students and teachers are only two different individuals whose relationship greatly hinges on attitude. Precisely, the teacher’s attitude in class determines the level and pace at which students understand the lesson. Establishment a good rapport with students is also another important fact. A teacher who knows his students by names is more likely to produce better results than that one who doesn’t. Interaction with students is also important as I saw in the second video. The teacher in the first class didn’t give much attention to whether students are understanding or not, which was a complete difference with the teacher in the second video.
