This unit provides information about coursebooks and lesson materials. To begin with, authors show the division of materials that are used during the classes besides the course book. Both of authentic and created materials have their own specific characters and may supplement each other. During the preparation of the materials the teacher should take into account many things like the level of the students, their interests and needs. Moreover, authors present the complex analyse of the course books from their advantages to the options for course book use. The unit includes some examples of created materials and, to my mind, more links with the similar stuff could be useful. Overall, everything is laconic and cognitive, but I would prefer more detailed information about the course books, its typical content and problems on the different levels.
