I think this unit did a wonderful job at shedding light at the difficulties that teachers may face in the classroom as not only facilitators and controllers, but also as disciplinarians. Recognizing problem behavior and trying to handle it effectively will vary per student and it is so important for us teachers to understand what technique works for each student. It is also vital for teachers to build rapport with their students in order to be respected and seen assertive enough to listen to.
